This privacy policy sets out how the Kidney Transplantation Priorities Setting Partnership, run by the Centre for Evidence in Transplantation, uses and protects any information that you provide when you use this website.

What we collect

When responding to our contact form, we will collect your name and e-mail address to allow us to effectively respond to your query.

When responding to our survey, we will collect some basic demographic details (first part of postcode, age range, sex). This information does not allow your identification, but doe allow us to better understand the prioritities of respondants and ensures that our questions are coming from within the UK.

This site also utilises cookies to track user demographics in an anonymous fashion (see the section on cookies below).

What we do with the information we gather

The information that you provide is required for the following reasons:

  • To enable us to respond to your queries
  • To enable us to collect and prioritise treatment uncertainties
  • To enable us to understand more about the different needs of patients, professionals and carers from different backgrounds
